茨城県の火災を記録しているサイトでの調査によると、火災は2019年4月28日（日曜日）の早朝に発生しました。消防隊の活動は午前4時29分頃に終了しました。その後、調査が行われ、午前8時38分に終了しました。

According to research on a site documenting fires in Ibaraki Prefecture, the fire broke out in the early hours of Sunday, April 28, 2019. The firefighters' intervention ended around 4:29 AM. An investigation then took place, ending at 8:38 AM.
