Nous avons reçu de nombreux courriels à ce sujet, et je tiens à présenter ici les circonstances de l'incident.
Tout d'abord, concernant le ton utilisé, je tiens à préciser que je n'ai jamais employé de termes abrupts ou brusques tels que "faites ceci ou cela" en m'adressant à un client.
Cette situation résulte de mon manque de prévoyance : je n'avais pas mentionné sur les différents supports que "les personnes en fauteuil roulant doivent nous prévenir à l'avance". Je reconnais que c'était une négligence de ma part.
Ce jour-là, nous étions débordés avec de nombreuses réservations à honorer. Notre établissement est géré par moi-même et un employé qui vient tout juste de commencer à se former au service en salle. Nous ne disposons donc pas d'une grande équipe.
Le restaurant est situé au deuxième étage d’un immeuble où l’ascenseur ne s’arrête pas à cet étage. L’intérieur comporte des marches et peu d’espace, ce qui rend difficile l’aménagement pour accueillir un fauteuil roulant. En toute honnêteté, je présumais à tort que les personnes en fauteuil roulant prendraient la peine de nous prévenir à l'avance. C'était une erreur de jugement de ma part.
Dans le cas présent, étant donné les compétences actuelles de l'équipe, la configuration du lieu, ainsi que la situation ce jour-là, j'ai jugé qu'il était difficile de pouvoir accueillir M. Ototake de manière fluide tout en maintenant un service de qualité pour les autres clients. J’ai donc pris la décision, à contre-cœur, de refuser son entrée, et je m’en excuse profondément.
Je comprends que j'aurais pu expliquer la situation aux autres clients présents et leur demander de faire preuve de compréhension afin de trouver une solution pour accueillir M. Ototake. Mais sur le moment, je n’ai pas eu cette présence d’esprit.
Je tiens à préciser que je n’ai jamais eu l’intention de refuser l’accès aux personnes en fauteuil roulant ni de faire preuve de discrimination.
Dès aujourd'hui, nous allons mettre à jour nos supports de communication pour indiquer clairement que les personnes en fauteuil roulant doivent nous contacter à l’avance. Nous vous demandons votre coopération et vous prions de bien vouloir nous en excuser.

J'ai épluché le profil de chaque participants à cette conversation histoire de trouver quelqu'un qui aurait pu lui en vouloir pour avoir mentionné le nom du restaurant pour en faire une critique négative, au point d'afficher ses tweets dans un temple réputé maudit. Rien trouvé (à part @takosin? C'est le patron du resto... ou emuo1983 qui semble en vouloir à h_ototake après qu'il ait révélé le nom du restaurant..).
Et donc, h_ototake a effacé ses tweets. Mais, les screens sur l'affiche au temple ont forcément été capturés à partir de Twitter et non de Togetter (vu la forme d'affichage). Le personne qui a mis ça là aurait t-elle conservée des screens depuis 2013? Dans quel but? Ou alors, h_ototake les a t'il supprimé en 2016, après la diffusion de la vidéo d'algernohk?
Au départ, j'ai cru qu'il s'agissait de tweets datant du 2016/05/18 et non du 2013/05/18 car, les screens n'affichent pas l'année. Juste le jour et le mois de la publication. Ce qui laisse à penser que les screenshot ont été pris la même année que la publication des tweets. Et là, je me pose une question (oui, ça m'arrive):
Est-ce que la personne ayant posé ces screens est assez dingue pour modifier la capture du tweet en supprimant l'année de publication afin qu'une personne toute aussi dingue fasse un rapprochement avec la date de la toute première découverte de l'AICHI CURSE ARTMUSEUM par Koishi1155 le 2013/05/18?
Pourquoi cette supposition farfelue? Encore Koishi1155? Patience, il est encore trop tôt pour reparler d'elle.

So, h_ototake deleted his tweets. However, the screenshots on the poster in the temple were clearly captured from Twitter and not from Togetter (given the display format). Could the person who put them there have kept the screenshots since 2013? And if so, for what purpose? Or did h_ototake delete them in 2016 after the release of the algernohk video?
Initially, I thought these were tweets from 2016/05/18, not from 2013/05/18, because the screenshots don’t display the year, just the month and day of publication. This makes it seem like the screenshots were taken in the same year the tweets were posted. Then, I had a question (yes, it happens):
